Test on Call

Many companies retain their own testing facility but do not necessarily have enough engineers with the right skill sets to run these facilities. TRaC can offer a solution to this problem with our TRaC-on-Call service.

This service provides one of TRaC's experienced test engineers to operate a company's facilities for the days that we are needed; and at a single flat day rate. Our TRaC-on-Call service can also provide seamless cover during peak workloads, holidays and sick-leave absence. Our engineers bring expertise in testing and can also assist you in writing qualification test plans and completing formal test reports.

TRaC first ensures our engineers will be familiar with the company's full safety and operating procedures by carrying out a site audit. Our experienced test engineer will then simply arrive when needed and start work. Regular feedback from our TRaC-on-Call engineer and Customer is also sought to maintain continuously high levels of service.
