The large chamber located at TRaC's EMC centre of excellence in Malvern has been upgraded with new radar/radio absorbing material (RAM). This new Heavy Vehicle Semi Anechoic Chamber (HVSAC) has the added advantage of being dimensionally larger, with bigger access doors than most existing commercially available HVSAC chambers.
TRaC is UKAS accredited for the EMC testing of whole vehicles as well as electronic sub-assemblies (ESA's).
