Ethernet testing
Ethernet technology comes in two varieties, 10BASE-T and 100BASE-Tx. These are defined in IEEE standards IEEE 802.3i and IEEE 802.3u respectively.
Typically, the Ethernet interfaces of devices do not connect to the public network and are mainly used to provide connectivity for isolated private networks.
