Environmental training
Increasingly, engineer turnover is becoming a problem for our test customers – where the "lessons learned" in previous qualification programmes are being lost, resulting in "new test failures" of "old test problems".
To assist customers, TRaC is run a series of training workshops to cover key aspects of environmental testing. The courses will cater for teams of engineers from individual companies and can be tailored to specific problem areas within environmental qualification.
This is an opportunity for your engineers (no matter what stage they are at in their careers) to draw upon and learn from our expertise gained from over 40 years of environmental testing.
Susceptibilities in environmental testing will be highlighted and there will be a strong emphasis on design de-risking and failure mitigation techniques, including:
- Finite Element Analysis methods
- Pre-compliance Testing
- Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT).
The courses will also review some of the practical and logistical issues which need to be considered in advance of testing to ensure smooth progression of your products through qualification.
