In its present form, TRaC is a young company. But it stems from testing, validation and certification going back over 60 years.

| 2008 | £1m investment enables TRaC-TRL to consolidate three regional facilities into new premises in Malvern, creating a TRaC Centre of Excellence for Commercial, Military & Aerospace EMC testing |
| 2007 | $1m investment enables TRaC-KTL to open state of the art telecom test laboratory in Santa Clara USA |
| 2006 | The Bioquell Group establishes two principal divisions: Bio-decontamination (BIO-DECON) and Test, Regulatory and Compliance (TRaC) |
