London UK, October 1 2015 – Element Materials Technology is pleased to announce that TRaC Global Ltd has now been formally rebranded under the Element name.   Acquired on the 7th May 2015, the integration of all TRaC Global’s locations has been completed in record time with zero disruption to both the business and more importantly to its clients in the Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Radio and Telecommunications sectors.

This successful integration significantly expands Element’s Aerospace footprint in Europe with the addition of a comprehensive range of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), Vibration Testing, Environmental Simulation, Safety, Radio, Telecoms, Explosive Atmosphere Testing (ATEX), Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Early Stage Qualification (ESQ) testing capabilities.

On the rebranding, Charles Noall, President and CEO of Element, comments: “We are delighted that TRaC has now officially become part of the Element global platform. The acquisition of TRaC is a hugely important step for Element in achieving its goal of becoming the recognized market leader for providing material testing and product qualification testing services to the global Aerospace industry, and has been enthusiastically received by customers of both organizations”.

“During the integration process we promised TRaC’s clients and staff that it would be “business as usual”, so I am especially pleased to report that we have successfully delivered on our commitment over the last six months, considering that this is Element’s largest acquisition to date.”

Mark Heaven, CEO, TRaC adds: “This seamless integration with Element and the official rebranding marks a new era for our clients, one that we are very excited about. As part of the Element brand and international platform, we can now offer clients much more in terms of services and locations, allowing us to stay in step with clients’ evolving needs, and ahead of the curve.”

Joining the global Element team will be TRaC’s 200 engineers, technicians and testing specialists at six laboratories across the UK, taking Element’s number of Engaged Experts to 1,800 and the number of Element facilities to 51.

All TRaC sites are now fully integrated into the Element platform, encompassing world-leading product qualification testing, validation and certification services. TRaC Global will officially be known as Element Materials Technology from October 1st 2015.
