TRaC certified to conduct ZigBee Home Automation certification testing by ZigBee Alliance
TRaC becomes the only UK company qualified to perform ZigBee Home Automation certification testing for OEMs
TRaC, Europe's premier ZigBee test house, has announced it has completed validation of its ZigBee Home Automation test service by the ZigBee Alliance and is now offering certification testing against the ZigBee Home Automation public application profile, enabling its OEM customers to place ZigBee Home Automation compliant products in the market. This recent addition to TRaC's testing services expands its existing ZigBee testing abilities to incorporate this rapidly expanding market sector.
TRaC is certified to test both ZigBee and ZigBee PRO feature set based products against the enhanced ZigBee Home Automation requirements. It is perfectly placed to service OEMs, enabling its customers to place certified products on the market quickly. Only products demonstrating interoperability may be marketed with the ZigBee Certified logo and Home icon stamps of approval. There are a growing number of interoperable products certified by the Alliance for ZigBee Home Automation. These products represent many of the everyday devices used by consumers and offer the basic foundation needed to make every home a smart home.
