New EMC General Manager for TRaC Ringwood

EMC General Manager

Steve Youngman has joined the TRaC Group to run its EMC testing laboratory in Ringwood, Hampshire. Steve brings extensive EMC experience with him, having previously worked as a  UKAS laboratory manager for a number of years.

Steve will deal with critical EMC compliance path issues for new product releases and the ever changing and expanding set of requirements. EMC compliance of products can easily become a "time-to-market" issue for many companies if processes, tools, design skills and test capabilities are not effective and efficient.

Steve's appointment is part of the ongoing investment in people and facilities at TRaC, which includes world class specialist test laboratories. Steve will be responsible for the day to day management of facilities and operations at the group’s south of England laboratory.  His pragmatic approach to solution finding for both customers and test programs is particularly important in the present climate in which we work.

Commenting on his new position, Steve says: "I am joining TRaC at an exciting time in its development and I see this is a tremendous opportunity to use my experience and knowledge to help move the group forward."
